Better mobile web optimization

When on a mobile device I very often use the FamilySearch web interface. It has features the mobile app lacks.
Many FS web pages do not display well on mobile devices. Especially the pages with pop-ups. A new page in the browser would be preferable, both for navigation and because the new content can be rendered in the background, not while the user wait.
I spend the most time on the historical records search interface, because the web interface shows me which records are attached to PIDs and which are not.

With the recent update of Search and results pages, the mobile versions are hugely improved. Awesome!
