There is only one date (22.05.1808) - likely the baptismal day. I cannot find a date "15 May": has the abbreviated "Hs" in "Hans Jakob" been misinterpreted? The date is also given in the Haushaltrodel, however: is there another source (possibly now lost) for that information?

Wolf: The reason I added 15th of May is because Billeter had that date and I saw it on the Haushaltrodel document. I also added it to remind me to double check the date. It is unusual for parents to wait a week to do the baptism. Who knows, maybe there was a reason to wait a week. Thanks!!!

In the reformed church (other than in the catholic church) it was not considered important to baptize a child almost immediately - so 7 days are plausible … BUT where does that date come from … a misreading or another source (unknown to us)?

Indeed, What was Billeter looking at? And why did the Pastor who wrote the Haushaltrodel use the same date?
In Jakob's death record it lists the death date and the burial date. Records got better.
