Translation request - death record
The link below is for the death record of Vincenzo Sangari who died during WWI in Samorin, Slovakia. Thanks to @SantaNinfa for finding this record for me.
I have attempted to translate it and have a basic understanding of what it says but there are still a few key words and sentences that I cannot make out.
If it is not too much to ask, could someone translate the record for me? If that is too much then maybe starting with the cause of death: exhaustion about halfway through.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Here is the link:

As @Cousin Vinny mentioned, the dates regarding Rome say: per faithful translation from the German original - Rome 11-Aug-1919 - per certified copy - Rome 20-Nov-1920
So, the original German copy was sent to Rome, translated and a conforming/certified copy was made (11-Aug-1919), then sent on to Caronia (20-Nov-1920) to be recorded.

30 Nov 1920 - received death record for Vincenzo Sangari:
Ministry of Treasury - services for military assistance and war pensions, transcription of death record… Vincenzo Sangari son of Paolo, soldier, born 1899 in Caronia Messina, cause of death exhaustion, died 20 Feb 1918 in the depot hospital of Somorja, county Pozsony, Hungary (now Šamorín in Slovakia), buried 22 Feb 1918 at 3pm in the Roman Catholic cemetery of Somorja, Italian section
It was a record originally made in German and translated into Italian in Rome.1 -
Thank you very much! I have a follow-up question. There are 2 references to Rome 11-8-1919 and Rome 20-11-1920. What are they saying?
