When trying to add any memory through the person page, an error message occurs at the end.

Yes, I have experienced this same issue. As well as several other colleagues.
The engineers are aware. Hopefully, we can see a resolution very soon.

I have tried several times with 4 pictures to put into memories (Jpeg), but I still keep getting "Upload Failed". Not sure what I am doing wrong even though I have read the article concernng such issues.

I want to assure you, you are doing NOTHING wrong. This is a BUG. Engineers are aware, and hopefully this will get fixed soon.
