Gironimo Petramala's age is 54. Salvadore Sacchetta's profession is unclear to me too. You can see more examples on the pubblication (https://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/detail-registry/?s_id=35976390 - images 14 and 15) and surrounding records where the same word is used.
