If the living person would prefer it not to be there, he/she can contact the submitter and ask them to remove it. If the submitter does not respond accordingly, click on the image and click "Report Abuse" and the system administrators will take action.

IF, such is a "Memory"; THEN, aside from whether or not such is permissible ...
.
On the grounds of "Privacy" alone, the User/Patron should just NOT have done that.
.
And, that is regardless of having done that WITH seeking and getting the permission/authority of the "Living" individual/person.
.
It is just NOT the done thing.
.
Luckily, there is NOW, the ability to make "Memories"; as, being "Private".
.
Now ...
That said ...
.
For the the individual/person you reference; as, there are NO "Memories" associated/attached, it would appear that you are referring to a "Source" that is attached, that pertains to a "Living" individual/person (with their "Personal" details).
.
A 'FamilySearch' "Support" Case can be raised and submitted, requesting that the "Source" (ie. "Birth" record of a "Living" individual/person) be made "Inaccessible" (ie. Removed/Restricted/Hidden) from "Public" view/access.
.
What has happened, is NOT really "Abuse", as such; but, such DOES constitute a "Privacy" issue/matter, that need addressing.
.
'FamilySearch', CAN; and, WILL, take action; as, this is a matter of "Privacy" regarding a "Living" individual/person.
.
I hope this helps.
