How do I arrange documents in an individual's memories section? I would like to have title page first, i.e. on the left in a series of documents.

Short Answer: You CANNOT arrange/rearrange items in "Memories", as far as I am aware.

There are different ways to sort. You cannot necessarily rearrange them the way you like, unless they are in an album. But what you can do, is rename them and sort accordingly with the filter options. Do you see that option on the top? For example, if you wanted documents in order, you could title them 01 Document, 02 Document, 03 Document, etc.

Thanks Brett, I added a photograph and its reverse using a first-in, appears-on-the-right, method, and it worked.

I am sorry! Here is a screen shot. It is called "Arrange" in the upper right corner and has a dropdown menu for sorting possibilities. I see this on the Gallery view, but not on an individual's person page. You could try creating an album in your gallery and adding the memories for a person and sorting that way. Does that help?
