I would say no. The wife of Jan looks like a different surname in comparison. top entry: Father: Jan Soucek son of Jana and Mother Anny Kelühowi and the bottom one Father: Mateg son of deceased Jana Soucek and Anny Staükowi is what I see. I am not sure of the exact spelling of these surnames but they have the female ending owi added. Could be half brothers possibly.

You might be able to determine the surnames better by looking them up if there is an index. As a general rule, they write clearly in indexes.
