You are correct. I did not blow up the page to double check. This is the correct entry for translation, though.

If one just downloads the original doc in the original post by Roma the image size is adjustable in order to view it better.

Here's a quick extraction with most important details:
Birth reported and recorded on the 14th of February 1875.
Father--Filippo Ascatigno who reported the birth.
He's 28, farmer living in this city (Gioia dal Colle) [in Bari, Apulia]
Wife is Angelantonia Eramo, a farmer.
Girl child is Maria Domenica born on the 13th of February
Witnesses are illiterate and cannot sign.
That's the most critical info. Do you need anything else?

P.S. In the margin it appears that she got married or died on the 24 April 1897, but I cannot wrap my mind about that handwriting. Perhaps someone else can figure that one out! I can make out "Ascatigno" and the last word is "Michele", I believe, but that's all!

She married Arsenio Michele (Michael) Petrelli on 24 April 1897 in Laterza. I found the marriage record.

Oh, perfect! That handwriting was difficult because I did not have enough of a writing sample to make comparisons and decipher the letters.
