My Daddy caught alligators, snakes, wild cats, and many wild animals with his bare hands. We had flying squirrels, gray squirrels, crows, and many rescued animals that my Daddy brought home. He was often working in nature and he would find young that had lost their moms, or injured animals and he would bring them home. We always had turtles, tortoises, frogs and such in our home. Yep, I've had the opportunity to pet rattle snakes, and feed the alligators. One of my favorite snakes was an 8 ft. Indigo snake. I had no idea why I scared people when I answered the door carrying that snake......
