Translation:
48. on 25th March Johan Herman Wichman, a lodger in the Bercken house, let baptize a son, whose sponsors were Johan Henrich Wuesan(?) from (the) Wüsten, Berend Wichman and Kixmüller from (the) Wüsten, and named [him] Johan Berend

Comments:
The "letter" after 25, which looks like a combination of "L" and "t", is a shortcut for the ending "-ten", which makes 25 to an ordinal number, cf. English "th".
Similarly, the loop at the end of the words "einlieg" and "welch" is a shortcut for the typical German endings "-er" and "-en".
"welche gehoben" = who lifted [from the baptismal font] = who were sponsors
"Wüsten" should be a place name, probably https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20397048 or https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/21011094.
