Can't get to Second Hint

Stephanie and Team, I love the Quality Score. Thank you.

Starting today I see an issue where I come to a person's page and it shows multiple hints on the right in the Research Help area. Above it is the new link to see Quality Details. I click on the first hint and attach it, then the screen refreshes and only has one hint. When I click on the next hint the Quality Score pane comes up and not the pane for the hint. I think it is just a piece of code that needs to be adjusted.

Same problem. If I open a first hint and accept it, all I get when I try to open a second document is the Data Rating. Presumably being able to attach more than one source would improve the person's Data Rating.
