Thanks for providing the parish, record type, and date even though you didn't have the link! Using that information, I was able to locate the record on DGS 8654271, image 87 (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHV-C3C7-QX7?i=86&cc=3499252&cat=123371). Here are my additions to your translation:
Groom's surname: Beiswanger. His mother's maiden name is Liesenmaier (it's more clear in his previous marriage record*). He's listed as "Verwittweter"--widowed. And yes, Maria is a daughter of herdsman Maier.
According to https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20472081 the closest Catholic parish to Pfersbach is Gmünd, so that's likely the parish it belongs to.
The royal permission for the marriage column says Schultheissenamt [village mayor's office of] Pfahlbronn
Presider: Pfarrer [pastor] Forthuber.
Dispensation: The first column says "Wegen der Trauerzeit," meaning "because of the grieving period"--in other words, they received a dispensation to marry *because they married during the groom's grieving period for his first wife. The first witness is Kaspar.
Family Register: Yes, the reference is V (5th) 110b. This indicates volume V, page 110b. The Catalog listing for Durlangen Catholic records (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/123371?availability=Family%20History%20Library) shows multiple family registers, but I don't see volume V, so it may not be online.
*I found the groom's previous marriage at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:D7RD-8B3Z
