Source attached to someone else?
I guess in this case this error message simply means that the record names do not match. They actually are the same people, if you look at the other details. But because the last names are different, Duble vs Dyble, because of some sort of error human or computer they don't match.
I know this seems like the same question i asked before, but now I see the real repercussions of it.
And I suppose there is no way fix this warning, and make go away in the source linker.
It's just when i first looked at it I worried about it. Then thought about it over several days and began to realize what the warning means. And I should probably just ignore it?
PS What would happen if I put Duble in as an alternate last name. I suppose the source linker does not look there for information ?? So it would not change things?

As in the earlier discussion, the name on the image is clearly Dyble, not Duble. Personally I would not put Duble as an alternate name unless that actually appeared in an official document.
Regarding the "error" in Source Linker, I do not believe there is one. The problem is caused by the fact that there are children from two marriages on the census but, of course, only the second mother is showing.
Poor Frederick is currently out in the cold wanting to be attached. Checking the GRO, e belongs to John's first wife
This is quite fiddly to deal with in Source Linker. Personally the easiest way I find is to go to the records of John and Selina and add him as a new record there. You can then come back to Source Linker, change the person of record on the left to one of the children from the first marriage and it should be easy to attach Frederick.

Right I did think that that might have been the problem. I though that the software which is very smart would have sorted that out. I will think on your solution.

A new source linker system is on its way. I have not checked it out so not sure whether it will make this type of situation any easier.
