This record is difficult for me so I cannot give you a complete translation but here is some additional information beyond what StH31 has provided:
Bride:
Anna Kostejn (I don't know how to generate the mark above the s), born in Libáň No 21 on 28 Jan 1863, legitimate daughter of Albin? Kostejn, basket weaver (Körber) in Libáň No 21, and Anna Kostick? (Kostak?) of Zliv No 7.
I cannot read the names of the witnesses but they were tailors in Reichenberg.
The scribe has listed the steps that were completed prior to the marriage on the right.
#1 is the baptismal certificate received for the groom from Osenice on 16 April 1883 (so you should find his baptism record there if records still exist).
#2 is the baptismal certificate received for the bride from Libáň on 8 April 1883
#3 looks like the consent of the brides Father on 19 April 1883
#4 says something about the 2nd and 3rd proclamation of marriage bann but I can't decipher it, part mentions the church in Reichenberg.
Below the grooms information the scribe documents that after one time proclamation of the marriage bann with the church ???? on the 22nd of April 1883 the couple was married on the Sunday after Easter in the district church by Chaplain Josef ???
Zliv is just south of Libáň

Osenice is on the Northwest edge of Dětenice
You probably already know that Reichenberg is now called Liberec.
