Translation request of an 1810 death record from the Wentzwiller, Haut-Rhin, France area:
This is a German family living in the Alsace region. Part of this death record may be in written in French or German. Anne Marie Heyer may have died from complications of child birth, please let me know if any wording indicates this. Please correct my best guess at translation:

This is a simple declaration of death at city hall. (Mairie) in front of the Maire (Mayor) as required by law.. 2 familly members (the second one being the father) appeared at the city hall and declared that Anne Marie Heyer, married, daughter of Erasme Heyer and of Anne Marie Wanner both of this town died at age 26 at house #74 in this town on the 15th of October 1810 at 6 am. It also states that they signed the declaration after lecture of the declaration.
This is a very standard death report. They very rarely indicate the cause of death. However, that document would usually indicate the name of the husband.
There is no indication of child birth at the time. The town records would have something about the birth/death of a child.

I went in the town records and found the following:
Joseph Jourdain and Anne Marie Heyer were married on 2 Dec 1809. Joseph was the one reporting her death.
No children were born or died in 1810 with Joseph and Anne Marie as parents. A "Mort nee" child would have been reported as such. There is plenty of info for birth marriage death in the town records.

hi, your translation is good, only that the two witnesses are not "compagnon"
"sont comparus Joseph Jourdain and .."
nothing noticed about the reason of the death
il she was pregnant, you have to find the birth of a baby, probably with not name, about the same date.
have a good day

mlaure,
Thank you for looking at my best guess of this birth record and the correction you have made. I was hoping the record held more information. I appreciate your time and ability to read this document. Gratefully,

Bernard Girma thank you for making the extra search in the town records for children in 1810; and for the link to the 68 Archives du Haut-Rhin. I very much appreciate your dedication to these details of our family.
