1. She was born on 9 Sep 1815 and baptized on 12 Sep 1815
2. She was married on 18 July 1839
3. Parents: Bernd Grever and Catharina Wetman
4. Sponsors: Catharina Sturk, Bernd _____, and Elisab. Wening
5. Can you make out what is said after Maria Catharina Grever's name? It looks to be possibly her place of birth?

this is a difficult handwriting indeed. I would generally agree with your interpretation with the following additions:

• I would consider the possibility of the surname being Greves
• The name of the first sponsor ends on -beck or -bach
• The name of the second sponsor may be Trumm
• The words after Maria Catharina's name are a place name: in ___ zu Ha__-? . However, I was unable to find any matching location near Vechta.
