German script transcription

I have made it almost completely through the transcription of this German Civil Registration birth certificate. I am unsure of a couple of words. Peter Rosenbaum's age, I think it it "sieben und funfzig" 57 but I am not totally sure.

Also, his occupation looks like it starts with an "S" but I'm not sure after that.

Can someone take a look? I can post the complete form if needed. Thanks in advance!!!

I agree with you that his age is sieben und fünfzig = 57.

I read his occupation as "Wirth" made with a poorly-formed capital "W". Typically "Wirth" translates as innkeeper, sometimes landlord, and less frequently farmer.
