Need help with one word

The first entry on the left-hand page is a birth record for Dethlof Schultz. I can read the entire entry except for the word right above Söhnlein. Looks like "Porteleine" or something like that, but I just can't make it out. Any suggestions?

Sorry - cannot solve this mystery either 🤔. Likely an occupation - could be Partili... or Portili... - I wouldn't exclude Pachili... or Pochili... - none of which rings a bell.

The next steps could be:

1) look for other children of Franz Schulz/Schultz and/or

2) check "surrounding" pages for a similar word.
