Hello @NicoleTresnak,
Note in the body of the record the date of death is both spelled out in words and written as numbers; in my translation I have only translated the date once using numbers.
Translation:
[Left margin]: Reichelsdorf. Johann Röschlein. Married man. House no. 1.
No. 29.
Johann Röschlein, master baker and spice merchant at Reichelsdorf, a married man, died at Reichelsdorf on Sunday, the 22nd of August 1869 in the evening at 5:00 pm and was buried on Tuesday, the 24th of the same month with "Kirchensatz", a funeral sermon, and blessing in the local church by Pastor Doctor Summa at Schwabach.
Illness: pneumonia. Age: 61 years, 1 month, 22 days. Physician: Doctor. [This last item might indicate that he received the care of a doctor during his final illness.]
My comments: I am unfamiliar with the word "Kirchensatz". Here is an article from the German Wikipedia for "Kirchensatz" which may help to explain it: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirchensatz Use your browser's translate function to translate to English.
The online Germany dictonary site Wörterbuchnetz (https://woerterbuchnetz.de/) has six additional definitions for the word "Kirchensatz" in case you want to pursue this further.
