Translation of Baptismal Record from Switzerland

The format of your request looks ok (for me) - but the Switzerland group might have been the better place.
Apart from that: please, always mention the source - see https://community.familysearch.org/de/discussion/comment/463687/#Comment_463687. With difficult to read surnames or place names, knowing the parish, from which the records originates, may be essential. As you mention the name, I recognise the Düscher (likely from Ins BE) - otherwise it would have taken me longer to recognise this rather unusual D.
Also a screenshot with higher resolution would make life much easier for anyone trying to help.
