and translation:
Upon request, the following entry is entered here:
The skipper Matthäus Lafrenz from Meeschendorf, who as skipper of the 24 danish cum___? bearing yacht called Wilhelmine, owned by the merchant Nicolaus Meislahn from Bellevue, left Ohrt on this island in order to sail to Norway on 9 December 1843 and since then has been absent without any news of him to his father and his other relatives, is hereby judicially declared dead after the provisions of clause 182 of the regulation of 21 April 1840 have been satisfied at the request of his father the schoolteacher Hinrich Lafrenz in Meeschendorf and his relatives in the minutes of 15 July 1847 and on this day, Nov. 4, 1847. December 9th, 1846 is to be regarded as the date of his death. His estate as reported today is to be adjudicated to his heirs, his father and his partly underage siblings and to be judicially attributed to them. - V.R.W.
Comments:
The word starting "C__" is probably a ship size unit (or a designation of the load).
Ohrt (now spelled Orth) is a harbour on Fehmarn island: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20421042; Bellevue a group of houses a few miles east of Orth.
