Translation:
Tölcke and Margaretha, twins of Margaretha Bornhöft from Lemckenhafen, which she has produced in dishonor with the married man Hartwig Horn. They are extremely weak, have received the emergency baptism by the midwife and this has been confirmed afterwards by my colleague.
The first child Tölcke has as godparents: a) Gerdruth Rahmberg, a daughter of Christian Rahmberg from Lemckenhafen, b) Lehna Kahl, a daughter of the widow Trina Kahl from Lemckenhafen, c) Wilhelm Sander, tailor from Lemckenhafen.
Margaretha, the other child has as godparents: Margaretha Meyer, a daughter of Hinrich Meyer from Lemckenhafen, b) Maid Telseh Margaretha Sercken, a daughter of Peter Serck from Lemckenhafen, c) Peter Carbuhn, son of Claus Carbuhn from Lemckenhafen.
Comment:
The initial of the name of the first child (Tölcke?) looks very strange. It is interpreted as a "T" in the index. The first name Töl(c)ke is unknown to me, but may be a local (low German) variant. The same initial can be seen for "Trina" (godmother's mother for Tölcke) and "Telseh" (godmother b) for Margaretha). Note, however, that the initial "T" in Tochter is written differently.
Here is the entry for Lemckenhafen, now spelled Lemkenhafen, in Meyers Gazetteer: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20048020

I see the name Talcke as a girls name in this part of Germany, sometimes.
