My Latin is rudimentary, but the record basically says that Peter Mertlich, legitimate son of Joannes (Johann) Mertlich and M. Magdalena [nee] Seul of Niederlützingen, married on 6 March [year not in this snippet] Catharina Nürnberg, legitimate daughter of Joseph Nürnberg and Anna Maria [nee] Frank,
The next the part of sentence , I think, states that the Nürnbergs were married in Thur but are now living in Orbachsmühle.
Witnesses were Jacob and Matthias Joseph Mertlich, young people in Niederlützingen. Then it gives the name of the priest.

There is one phrase which I am unable to understand so I will show it in bold in the translation:
On the 6th day of March after proclamations were made, were married before me: Peter Mertlich, legitimate son of Johann Mertlich and Maria Magdalena Seul, married couple in Niederlützingen, with Catharina Nürnberg , legitimate daughter of Joseph Nürnberg and Anna Maria Frank, married couple in Thür, famulatus causa in Orbachsmühle domicilante. Witnesses: Jacob and Matthias Joseph Mertlich, young men from Niederlützingen. In faith M. Eisenacb__?
