Notes Written by Grandfather
Please translate the following notes found in my Grandfather's missionary notebook. I am not sure of what importance they are but it is the only page I cannot read in his little book, as he wrote it in German. Thank you!

Inauguration/Official Opening
"Offenback" [probably Offenbach] Church Community
September 5, 1954.
1. The house of the Lord is established.
We thank you, Lord, for a Prophet [or alternatively: for Prophets].
The Spirit from on High.
My comments: Your grandfather's notes might be in reference to the establishment of a new LDS community in Offenbach, Germany, in September 1954.
The last two notes appear to be LDS hymn titles:
The next-to-last note in German is: Wir danken dir Herr für Propheten.
