This is the birth record for Johannes, illegitimate son of Maria Catharina Mertlich.

Translation:

On February 3rd [1817] Maria Catharina Mertlich, legitimate daughter of Peter Mertlich and his wife Gertrud Courtscheid in Lampenthal, has born a son who was baptized the following day and named Johannes. Baptismal sponsors were Johanne Courtscheid from Rheinbrohl and Gertrud Klein née Courtscheid, previously called Mertlich, from Lampenthal. As father of the child was named a certain Peter Becker, young boatsman in and from Niedercassel(?).

Comment: The home place of the alleged father is not fully clear to me. However, there are two places called "Niedercassel" close to the Rhein river that are possible choices (https://s.meyersgaz.org/search?search=niedercassel)
